Unknown Sources
- Open Kodi, then select Settings (cog icon).
- Select System.
- Tap down the menu on the left to highlight Add-ons.
- Tap to the right, then select Unknown sources to turn this setting on.
- Read the warning, then select Yes.
- Press the back button on your remote to return to the System menu.
You can now install addons or Builds from 3rd-party sources!
Install The MisfitMods Repo
The Misfit Mods Lite Build can currently be found in The MisfitMods Repo. Follow the steps below to Install the repository. If you already have the MisfitMods Repo installed, skip to the next section to Install the Misfit Mods Lite Build.
- Open the Kodi Settings.
- Select File Manager.
- Then select Add source.
- Select the box labelled < None >.
- Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: http://misfitmods.com/mmwiz/repo
- Select OK.
- Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
- Enter misfit or any other name you’d prefer to use instead to identify this media source.
- Then select OK.
- Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
- Tap down, then select misfit (or any other name you used to identify this media source)
- Then select the zip file repository.misfitmods-x.x.zip
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.

Install the Misfit Mods Lite Build
Once you have installed the repository, any Build or addon contained within it can easily be installed with just a few more steps. The Misfit Mods Lite Build can be installed by following the steps below.
- Make sure that you are in the Add-ons menu.
- Then select Install from repository.
- Select MisfitMods Repo.
- Then select Program add-ons.
- Select MisfitMods Wizard.
- Then select Install.
- You’ll see a confirmation message in the screen’s top-right corner that the MisfitMods Wizard is installed.
- Select OK.
- Wait a few seconds and a ‘Welcome to MisfitMods Builds’ message will appear on screen. Select Close.

- Then select Continue.

- When the installation is complete, a prompt will appear on the screen to force close Kodi to save the changes. Select OK.
- Re-launch Kodi, and you’ll notice its appearance has changed to the new Build.
- Wait a few minutes for the Build to fully load.
