Launched in November 2022, SportsFire allows Firestick users to watch live sporting events from various sports, including AFL, boxing, cricket, darts, football, golf, MLB, NBA, NCAAB, NCAAF, NFL, NHL, NRL, racing, rugby, tennis, and WWE.
As a live TV app, SportsFire does not support integration with Real Debrid or Trakt.

How to Install SportsFire
Unfortunately, the SportsFire app is currently unavailable for download on the regular app stores. However, there is an alternative way to install it on your device. To do so, you’ll need to make sure your device allows sideloading. Once you’ve enabled this feature, you can easily download the APK from my Downloads page.
Sideload SportsFire - Firesticks, Fire TV, Android Boxes, Android TV and Google TV
- Please make sure you have enabled sideloading on your device.
- Open the Downloader app, then select the Search box.
- Enter 28907, then select Go.
- Wait for my Download page to load fully, then press the Menu (or Options) button on your remote 2x to enter full-screen mode.
- Select the Sports category from the list at the top of the page. Or move down to view the Sports category.
- Find the SportsFire app in the list, then select it.
- On the next page, move down until you see the blue Download button.
- Select the Download button, then select Install.
- When the app has finished installing, select Delete 2x to remove the installation file, as it’s no longer required.
The SportsFire app is installed on your Firestick; open it from your apps screen!

How to Use SportsFire on Firestick
SportsFire is simple and easy to use. Select an option from the menu to start browsing. Choose from Home, Channels, Schedule and Watchlist.
Channels
- Select Channels from the menu, and all available channels globally will be displayed.
- If you’d prefer to view a list of channels from a specific country, select the Country option.
- Then select a country from the list. Countries are listed alphabetically and are abbreviated, displaying the national flag.
Schedule
- Select Schedule from the menu, and all live sporting events scheduled over the next few weeks will be displayed.
- Tap down the screen to view future scheduled events.
- If you’d prefer to view a list of scheduled events for a specific sport, select the All Matches option.
- Then select a sport from the list.

Whilst testing this app, the quality of live streams varied from SD to HD. Not all live channels will be a hit if you prefer to stream in the highest quality.
