Dynasty is an all-in-one Kodi addon that offers movies, TV shows, documentaries, live TV channels, anime and more. It is located in TheLab Repository.
While some content, such as live TV channels, is free, on-demand content requires a premium service such as Real Debrid, Premiumize, and AllDebrid. These premium services provide access to premium-quality links that are buffer-free, high-quality, and up to 4K in resolution.
This addon is also compatible with Trakt. This is a great tool to synchronise your favourite movies, shows, watchlists and more across multiple devices and applications. With Trakt, you can always keep on top of what you’re watching and, what’s more, never miss an episode!
To ensure that the addon works properly, it's important to follow all of the installation steps carefully and thoroughly.

How to Install Dynasty Addon
The Dynasty addon can be installed from TheLab Repository by following the steps below. Before you start, please ensure you already have Kodi installed on your device. You’ll also need to change the Kodi settings to allow the installation of addons from unknown sources. If you have already changed this setting, you can go to the next section to Install TheLab Repository.
Unknown Sources
- Open Kodi, then select Settings (cog icon).
- Select System.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Add-ons is highlighted.
- Tap to the right, then select the Unknown sources toggle to turn it on.
- Read the warning, then select Yes.
- Press the back button on your remote in order to return to the System menu.
You can now install unofficial or 3rd party addons!
Install TheLab Repository
The Dynasty addon can currently be found in TheLab Repository. To install the repository, follow the steps below. If you already have TheLab repo, you can skip to the next section to Install Dynasty Addon.
- Open the Kodi Settings.
- Select File Manager.
- Then select Add source.
- Select the box labelled < None >.
- Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: https://tinyurl.com/TheL48
- Select OK.
- Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
- Enter lab or any other name you’d rather use to identify this media source.
- Then select OK.
- Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
- Tap down, then select lab (or any other name you used to identify this media source).
- Then select the zip file repository.thelab-x.x.x.zip
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.

Install Dynasty Addon
Once you have installed the repository, any addon within it can easily be installed with just a few more steps. The Dynasty addon can be installed by following the steps below.
- Make sure that you are in the Add-ons menu.
- Then select Install from repository.
- Select TheLab Repository.
- Then select Video add-ons.
- Select Dynasty.
- Then select Install.
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen and a tick is showing next to the Dynasty addon.

Add an External Scraper for Links
Before you can use the Dynasty addon, it requires some additional effort to set up. You need to install an external scraper to get it up and running correctly. The following steps will guide you on how to install the CocoScrapers module that will provide links within the Dynasty addon.
Install the CocoScrapers Repository
- Open the Kodi Settings.
- Select File Manager.
- Then select Add source.
- Select the box labelled < None >.
- Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: https://cocojoe2411.github.io
- Select OK.
- Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
- Enter coco or any other name you’d rather use to identify this media source.
- Then select OK.
- Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
- Tap down, then select coco (or any other name you used to identify this media source).
- Then select the zip file repository.cocoscrapers-x.x.x.zip
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.
CocoScrapers Repository is successfully installed!
Install the CocoScrapers Module
- Make sure that you are in the Add-ons menu.
- Then select Install from repository.
- Select CocoScrapers Repository.
- Then select Program add-ons.
- Select CocoScrapers Module.
- Then select Install.
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen and a tick is showing next to the CocoScrapers Module.
The CocoScrapers Module is successfully installed!
Setup the CocoScrapers in Dynasty Addon
- Open the Dynasty addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Then select SETTINGS: Providers.
- Tap down the menu on the left to highlight Providers.
- Then tap across to the right and select the Enable External Providers toggle underneath the External Providers heading.
- You should now be able to select External Provider.
- Select CocoScrapers Module from the list.
You’ll now see a message in the top-right of the screen that the CocoScrapers external module has been set successfully.
Link Real Debrid to Dynasty Addon
As stated above, to watch videos on demand in the Dynasty addon, a premium account such Premiumize, Real Debrid, or AllDebrid, is required. In this example, we will demonstrate how to link your Real Debrid account. The steps will be similar if you use a different premium service.

- Open the Dynasty addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Then select Settings: Accounts.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Accounts (Debrid) is highlighted.
- Then tap to the right and tap down under the Real-Debrid heading.
- Select Authorization.
- Note the code displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it later.
- On another device, such as your phone, open a web browser, then go to real-debrid.com/device.
- Login to your Real Debrid account if not already logged in.
- Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
- Then select Continue.
Your Real Debrid account is now linked!
How to Link Trakt to Dynasty
If you have a Trakt account, it’s easy to link your account to this addon. Find out how by following the steps below.
- Open the Dynasty addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Then select Settings: Accounts.
- Tap down the menu on the left to highlight Trakt.
- Then tap to the right and select Authorization.
- Note the code displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it later.
- Open a web browser, then go to trakt.tv/activate.
- Login to your Trakt account if not already logged in.
- Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
- Select Continue, then select Yes.
Your Trakt account is now linked, and you’ll see a success notification displayed on Kodi.
How to Use Dynasty Addon
Once you’ve installed the Dynasty addon and linked your premium account, browsing the categories to find the content you want to watch is easy. There’s also a search option if you want to see a specific movie or show.

Videos on Demand
- Open the Dynasty addon.
- Select a video-on-demand category to browse from the menu (Movies, TV Shows, Documentaries, etc.).
- Then select your sub-category or the Search option to enter a search term for something specific.
- Select a movie or TV show you want to watch (and, if applicable, select a season and episode).
- The addon will then start scraping links from your external provider.
- Select a link to start streaming, then sit back and enjoy!

- Open the Dynasty addon.
- Select the IPTV category.
- Then select your sub-category. The Dynasty addon pulls free IPTV from the following sources: Roku, Plex, Samsung TV+, Stirr, Tubi, PBS Kids, and FluxUsTV (USA and ES).
- Choose any channel from the list and start watching! Most streams are of HD quality and are extremely good.
Playback Controls
During playback using the Kodi internal player, the left side has controls for play/pause, fast forward/rewind (if applicable) and stop. The right side has buttons to view information, bookmark scenes, enable subtitles (if available) and open additional playback settings.
Opening the additional playback settings (cog icon) allows you to make adjustments to the following settings:
Audio settings help adjust volume, amplification, offsetting the audio, change the audio stream (if available) and allow passthrough.
Subtitle settings allow you to offset the subtitles and download or add external subtitles.
Video settings provide many options for changing the display, such as zoom, orientation, aspect ratio, etc.
Toggle audio stream allows you to change the audio to another language (if available).
How to Add to Favourites
If you have a favourite movie, show or live TV channel that you’d like quick and easy access to, add it to your favourites! You can find out how by following the steps below.
- Highlight your favourite movie, show, or live TV.
- Press and hold the Select button on your remote to open a menu.
- Select Add to favourites.
- Then, return to the Kodi home screen.
- Tap down the menu on the left to highlight Favourites.
You can quickly find and access your favourites from the home screen when you load up Kodi.
Access your Debrid Torrents
If you use Real Debrid, or other premium services to download torrent files safely, you can easily access them through the Dynasty Kodi addon. Find out how by following the steps below.
- Open the Dynasty addon, then tap down the menu and select Premium Services.
- Select Real-Debrid (or your other premium service).
- Then select Real-Debrid: Torrent Transfers.
Select any of your downloaded torrent files and start watching in the Dynasty addon.
