How to Install the Fen Addon
The Fen addon can be installed by following the steps below. Before you start, please ensure you have installed Kodi on your device. You’ll also need to change the Kodi settings to allow the installation of addons from unknown sources. If you have already changed this setting, you can go to the next section to Install the Fen Addon.
Unknown Sources
- Open Kodi, then select Settings (cog icon).
- Select System.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Add-ons is highlighted.
- Tap to the right, then select the Unknown sources toggle to turn it on.
- Read the warning, then select Yes.
- Press the back button on your remote in order to return to the System menu.
You can now install unofficial or 3rd party addons!
Install the Fen Addon
- Open the Kodi Settings.
- Select File Manager.
- Then select Add source.
- Select the box labelled < None >.
- Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: https://tikipeter.github.io/packages
- Select OK.
- Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
- Enter tiki or any other name you’d rather use to identify this media source.
- Then select OK.
- Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
- Tap down, then select tiki (or any other name you used to identify this media source).
- Then select the zip file plugin.video.fen-x.x.x.zip
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.
- When you open the Fen addon, you’ll see a few messages about using Fen. Click Continue 4 times, then click Finish.
The Fen Kodi addon has been successfully installed!
Add an External Scraper for Links
Before you can use the Fen addon, it requires some additional effort to set up. You need to install an external scraper to get it up and running correctly. The following steps will guide you on how to install the CocoScrapers module that will provide links within the Fen addon.
Install the CocoScrapers Repository
- Open the Kodi Settings.
- Select File Manager.
- Then select Add source.
- Select the box labelled < None >.
- Then enter the following URL exactly as you see it: https://cocojoe2411.github.io
- Select OK.
- Tap down, then select Enter a name for this media source.
- Enter coco or any other name you’d rather use to identify this media source.
- Then select OK.
- Press the back button on your remote several times until you are back at the System menu.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Install from zip file, then select Yes if you get a warning message on the screen.
- Tap down, then select coco (or any other name you used to identify this media source).
- Then select the zip file repository.cocoscrapers-x.x.x.zip
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen that the installation is complete.
CocoScrapers Repository is successfully installed!
Install the CocoScrapers Module
- Make sure that you are in the Add-ons menu.
- Then select Install from repository.
- Select CocoScrapers Repository.
- Then select Program add-ons.
- Select CocoScrapers Module.
- Then select Install.
- Select OK.
- Wait until a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner of the screen and a tick is showing next to the CocoScrapers Module.
The CocoScrapers Module is successfully installed!
Setup the CocoScrapers in the Fen Addon
- Open the Fen addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Then select SETTINGS: Fen.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Provider Accounts is highlighted.
- Then tap across to the right and find the External Scrapers heading then select the Enable toggle underneath.
- You should now be able to select Choose External Scrapers Module.
- Select COCOSCRAPERS MODULE from the list.
- Then select OK to dismiss the “Success” message.
- Repeat steps 1-4 and select the Enable toggle again to activate the CocoScrapers Module. Fen Settings will appear as shown in the image.
- Click OK to save the changes.
Link Real Debrid to the Fen Addon
As mentioned, Fen only works with a premium account such as Real Debrid. You can find out how to link your Real Debrid account to the Fen addon by following the steps below.
Need to create a Real Debrid Account? Click here to register.
- Open the Fen addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Then select TOOLS: Accounts Manager.
- Select AUTHORIZE: Real Debrid.
- Then select Yes to continue.
- Note the code displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it later.
- Open a web browser, then go to real-debrid.com/device.
- Login to your Real Debrid account if not already logged in.
- Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
- Then select Continue.
- Your Real Debrid account is now linked, and a Success message will appear in Kodi. Select Yes to continue.
Congratulations! The setup for the Fen Kodi addon is now fully complete.
How to Use the Fen Kodi Addon
Once you’ve installed the Fen addon and linked your premium account and added an external scraper, it’s easy to browse the categories to find the movie or TV show you want to watch. There’s also a search option if you want to see a specific movie or show.
You can find out how to start streaming videos from the Fen Kodi addon by following the steps below.
- Open the Fen addon.
- Select a category to browse from the menu.
- Then select your sub-category or the Search option to enter a search term for something specific.
- Select a movie or TV show you want to watch (and, if applicable, select a season and episode).
- The addon will then start scraping links from premium providers.

Autoplay Content with the Fen Addon
As shown above, as a default, Fen will search and show you a list of selectable sources. You can then manually choose a source according to your viewing preferences. However, this can be overridden to have Fen automatically select a source for you.
- Open the Fen addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Select SETTINGS: Fen.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Playback is highlighted.
- Then tap to the right, select Auto Play under the Movies heading, and select Auto Play under the Episodes heading to turn the toggle to the ON position.
- Additionally, if you enjoy the feature similar to Netflix where the next episode automatically starts to play, turn that setting on too.
- Tap down to Autoplay Next Episode under the Episodes heading and select it to turn the toggle to the ON position.
How to Add to Favourites
If you have a favourite movie or TV show that you’d like quick and easy access to, add it to your favourites! Find out how by following the steps below.
- Highlight the movie or show that you want to add to your favourites.
- Press and hold the Select button on your remote to open a menu.
- Tap down, then select Add to favourites.
- Return to the Kodi home screen
- Tap down so that Favourites is highlighted
The movie or TV show will now be showing in the favourites section for whenever you want easy access to it!
How to Link Trakt to the Fen Addon
If you have a Trakt account, it’s easy to link your account to this addon. Find out how by following the steps below.
- Open the Fen addon, then tap down the menu and select Tools.
- Select SETTINGS: Fen.
- Tap down the menu on the left so that Meta Accounts is highlighted.
- Then tap to the right and select Authorize.
- Note the code displayed on the screen, as you’ll need it later.
- Open a web browser, then go to trakt.tv/activate.
- Login to your Trakt account if not already logged in.
- Enter the code that you made a note of earlier.
- Select Continue, then select Yes.
Your Trakt account is now linked, and you’ll see a success notification displayed on Kodi.
