Veely can be installed from the most popular app stores; however, it can be sideloaded if unavailable.

Veely is a free, ad-supported streaming service that is “the home of several amazing channels and thousands of VOD programmes…covering hard-hitting documentaries, history, wildlife, survival, science and family life”.
As far as I’m aware, the service is available to all users worldwide.
Veely Features and Content
The Veely app has a clean and straightforward-to-use interface, with the Home screen providing basic menu options accessible by tapping over to the left of the screen.
Menu options allow you to navigate Live, TV Guide, On Demand, Spotlight and More.
Content varies depending on location. In the UK, Veely offers:
- Six live TV channels: Real Crime, Real Stories, History Hit Channel, Wonder, Real Life and Real Wild.
- Ten on demand categories: Don’t Tell the Bride, Real Crime, Real Drama, Real Life, Real Royalty, Real Stories, Real Wild, Spark, History Hit Channel, and Wonder.
If you’re into documentaries, history, crime and real-life dramas, Veely is quite good!
You’ll find on demand programmes and series such as Mountain Rescue, The Real Swiss Family Robinson, Paranormal Files, Ice Pilots, Special Forces: Untold Stories, Michelle Obama: Forward Motion, Deadly Australia, Earth’s Survival and more.
As Veely is a free streaming service, it is supported by ads. However, the ads are skippable using the FF control on the player or your remote. Content plays in HD at 1080p without any buffering or lag.

Yes. Veely is an official streaming service and, therefore, 100% legal. This service is available worldwide, although only some programming is available at some locations due to licencing restrictions. However, you can use a VPN to bypass any location blocks to access more of the Veely library.

You don’t need to sign up, create an account or enter any payment details. Veely is completely free to install and start watching.
How to Install Veely
Veely is available to stream almost everywhere. As an app on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku, and on your PC or laptop (via an emulator such as Bluestacks or Nox).
Go to your App Store and search for Veely. You can also stream content in your web browser by visiting the website.
But if you can’t get the app from your app store, you may be able to sideload it. To do so, your device must be capable of installing apps from unknown sources. Once your device is enabled for sideloading, you can install the app from my Downloads page.
Sideload Veely - Firesticks, Fire TV and Android TV
- Firstly, ensure you have enabled sideloading on your device.
- Open the Downloader app, then select the Search box.
- Enter 28907, then select Go.
- Wait for my Download page to load fully, then press the Menu (or Options) button on your remote 2x to enter full-screen mode.
- Select the Movies & TV category from the list at the top of the page. Or move down to view the Movies & TV category.
- Find the Veely app in the list, then select it.
- On the next page, move down until you see the blue Download buttons.
- Select the Download – Fire TV/Android TV button, then select Install.
- When the app has finished installing, select Delete 2x to remove the installation file, as it’s no longer required.
The app is installed; open it from your apps screen!
Sideload Veely - Android Phones and Tablets
- Firstly, ensure you have enabled sideloading on your device.
- Open a web browser and go to firetvsticks.com.
- Select Downloads from the menu.
- Select the Movies & TV category from the list at the top of the page. Or move down to view the Movies & TV category.
- Find the Veely app in the list, then select it.
- On the next page, move down until you see the blue Download buttons.
- Select the Download – Mobile button, then select Download.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to view the downloaded APK file and tap on it.
- Then select Install.
The app is installed; open it from your apps screen!
How to Use Veely
Veely is simple and easy to use. Browse the Home screen or select Live, TV Guide, On Demand or Spotlight from the menu.
Selecting TV Guide is an excellent way of displaying all of the live TV channels and what is currently showing on each channel. Select a channel to start watching live.
The on demand section presents several categories for different genres and interests. Select a category, select a programme and start watching.
Content from Veely plays in HD at 1080p without any buffering or lag. Depending on your device and selected video, the resolution can be adjusted from 216p to 1080p.
Closed captions/subtitles are available for all content.
As Veely is a free streaming service, it is supported by ads. Depending on the selected programme, ads are usually only shown at the beginning and are between 1-2 minutes long.
However, the ads are skippable. You can use the slider or FF control on the player or your remote.
