Kodi

What is Kodi?

Kodi is a media centre, however it is open source & runs on nearly any device making it one of the most popular media centres around.

Kodi actually began as XBMP – Xbox Media Player, in 2002, before evolving into the better known XBMC, or Xbox Media Centre, released in 2004 & has fast become a fan favourite for your all-in-one streaming hub.

Once installed, you can play all your music, photos, movies & TV shows that you have stored on another device.

Kodi is amazing, it supports nearly any file format for video & audio. However what really sets Kodi part from others is as it’s open source, there are endless plug-ins & addons to be found that can add new features or services to Kodi. These plug-ins and addons will allow you to stream free Movies & TV Shows, Sports, Live TV & much more!

What can you do with Kodi once you’ve installed it?

There are loads of great ways you can now use Kodi to get a whole load of entertainment completely for FREE. With Kodi, you can stream music, movies, TV shows, live TV, retro game & so much more!

Some ways of getting access to that content on Kodi is to install a third-party addon or build. Before you do that, you must change Kodi settings to allow installations from unknown sources. Click the links below to find out more.
