I believe there is an update version of Ocean-Stremz – 2.1.4 is not the latest version

Hello, I have installed Oceanstremz. It will not work, I get a message saying there is a new version 2.16. I have tried to update to that version and then I get a messige says app not installed. I have tried installing without the update as well. neither versions will work. Can you help?
