Subscription streaming services vary in price. In order to decide if a streaming service is the right choice for you, I have put together some reviews of popular streaming services to help.
Some subscription streaming services are available for select locations only. In this situation you may be able to use a VPN to bypass any location blocks. With this in mind, each of my reviews will include details the location each service is available.
NordVPN is my recommendation because it has strong unblocking capabilities. If you currently use IP Vanish as your VPN and want to unblock streaming services, I would consider switching to my recommended VPN. Despite IP Vanish being a safe and secure VPN, it does not have very good unblocking capabilities. Furthermore, with IP Vanish you will struggle to use subscription services that are based outside of your location.

Acorn TV
Acorn TV is a subscription streaming service that offers hard-to-find gems, timeless classics and newly-discovered favourites from Britain, Ireland, Australia and more! It is currently £4.99 per month but you can check it out for free with a 30-day FREE trial!

Discover Film
With Discover Film, you can watch short movies, documentaries and series, featuring Hollywood stars and emerging talent. A subscription costs $2.99 per month.

Discovery+
Discovery+ is an on-demand streaming service that focuses on real-life entertainment. It is available in the UK, US, Canada, Brazil and some parts of Europe and Asia-Pacific. Check Wikipedia for a full list of countries served.
A free tier is offered in the UK, Ireland, as well as some other areas too. If you are outside of these areas, Discovery+ is a subscription only service.

NOW is a UK subscription service that offers membership packages for different interests. You can join with Entertainment, Cinema, Sports or Hayu memberships. Prices start from as little as £4.99 a month. In addition, NOW offers new members a 7-day free trial.
A Sports membership is particularly great for sports fans looking for action from the Premier League, F1, PGA and test cricket. Also, look out for offers throughout the year where you can save up to 50%.
